- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp once dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We provide Pan India shipping to all serviceable locations.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.
4. Shipping Charges
✔ Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
✔ Orders below ₹999 may attract a standard shipping charge
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
✔ COD Available Across India
✔ A fixed ₹80 COD charge will be applied to all COD orders
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared. You can track your order through the courier partner’s tracking link.
7. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions. Karikal Industries is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photos and order details for quick resolution.
