At Karikal Industries, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and cancellation policy before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (only for damaged or incorrect items).
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Clear images/video proof must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Customized / personalized products (photo wallets, engraving items)
- Requests without prior approval
3. Refund Process
✔ Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
✔ Amount will be credited to original payment method
✔ COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
