Return & Cancellation Policy

At Karikal Industries, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged or incorrect items).
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Clear product images must be provided as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Customized or special-order products
- Items returned without prior request approval
3. Refund Process
✔ Once your return is approved and the product is received (if required), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
✔ COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
